Across everything, those ads directly generated $41 million in attributed sales, with an average ROAS of 4.32 and ACOS at 23%. I ran Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns—testing constantly, adjusting bids, and refining targeting to keep performance strong, even in saturated categories.

Ads weren’t treated as a separate channel—I always tied them into inventory, pricing, and listing updates. That’s what helped the results stay consistent, even as competition changed.
