Shopify Growth: Building a High-Converting Store from the Ground Up

I led the launch of a Shopify store for one of our in-house brands, building the site from the ground up alongside our design and marketing teams. My focus was clear: create a high-converting, search-optimized DTC channel that could stand on its own outside of Amazon.

I worked closely with our designers to map out the site architecture, homepage flow, and overall UX — every piece built around guiding visitors toward purchase. On the backend, I managed our SEO implementation from the start: optimizing page structure, metadata, internal links, and targeting the high-intent keywords that mattered in our space.

The result was a fully functional DTC engine that ranked in the top 3 spots on Google for multiple core keywords. It became a reliable revenue stream, supported product launches, and helped establish real brand presence beyond marketplace limitations.
